MyFantasy Terms of Use

1.1.These Terms govern the use of MyFantasy, including the myfantasy.fans website, its installed web version (PWA) and the Telegram bot (the Service). The Service is operated by its Administration.

1.2.By starting to use the Service, confirming your age, registering, creating stories or paying for Premium, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, you should stop using the Service.

1.3.The website and Telegram may share an account, library and balance after the relevant sign-in or account linking. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and access to your linked Telegram account.

2.1.The Service creates personalized fictional stories using AI based on your selected plot, adult fictional characters, genre, style and preferences. You can create continuations and, where available, another version of a chapter.

2.2.The Service is for adults aged 18 or older only. Every story character must be an adult and fictional. You must confirm that you are an adult before accessing generation.

2.3.Results are created automatically and may differ when the same request is repeated. They may contain errors, inaccuracies or continuity issues. A selected chapter length is a guide, not a guarantee of an exact word count.

3.1.The Service applies its content rules with regard to applicable law of the Russian Federation. The following categories are prohibited:

• Underage characters in any context.
• Real people in requests to create stories.
• Bestiality and necrophilia.
• In its current configuration, the Service does not support erotic scenes between characters of the same sex or involving transgender characters.

3.2.Requests undergo automated moderation. An otherwise permitted request may be rejected in error or because of an AI provider's restrictions. Fictional characters and fictional universes are not, by themselves, a prohibited category; all other restrictions still apply.

3.3.Repeated requests identified by the system as involving underage characters lead to a permanent block: in the current implementation, on the third recorded violation. Attempts to bypass restrictions and other abuse are prohibited.

4.1.The Service is provided AS IS. The Administration does not guarantee that every result will meet your expectations or that the Service, network or AI providers will operate without interruptions.

4.2.Generated stories are fiction, not professional advice or a reliable account of events. You must assess the results and the consequences of using them yourself. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of applicable law.

5.1.Generated stories are intended for your personal, non-commercial use.

5.2.The Service's software, design and materials are protected by law. Copying the Service or reselling access without the Administration's permission is prohibited. Generating a story that mentions fictional characters does not grant rights to protected third-party material.

6.1.The Administration may restrict or suspend access following rule violations, abuse, legal requirements or payment-provider requirements. Age confirmation does not override the content rules.

6.2.A block for repeated violations involving underage characters is permanent. Questions about an access restriction applied in error may be sent to Support.

7.1.Current free access includes 3 starter generations after registration that remain available until used, plus 1 daily generation for 14 days from the start of the daily free period at the first successful generation. The daily allowance is used first, resets at 00:00 Moscow time and does not accumulate. The guest story uses the daily allowance. Your balance is shared by the website, PWA and linked Telegram account; signing in again or installing the PWA does not grant another starter pack. Reading saved stories or opening the full existing text after sign-in does not use a generation.

7.2.Premium is paid access for a limited period, normally 24 hours or 30 days. It includes up to 50 successful generations per day, extended chapter length and another version of the last chapter where those features are available. It is not an unlimited plan. The Premium daily limit resets at 00:00 UTC (03:00 Moscow time). One successful story, continuation or chapter variant uses one generation.

7.3.The current price, currency, duration and available payment methods are shown in the interface before purchase. Different language versions may offer different prices and currencies. Any payment-provider or network fee is shown on the payment page. Displaying a price does not, by itself, mean that checkout is available using that method.

7.4.Premium purchases are one-time payments without automatic renewal. Access is activated after server-side payment confirmation by the payment provider; returning to a success page does not, by itself, confirm payment. Free trial Premium is not a permanently available offer.

7.5.An allowance is used after a result is successfully saved. A confirmed refusal or error without a saved result does not use a generation. A lost connection, closed tab or delivery delay does not prove that generation did not take place: check its status and your library before trying again.

7.6.A refund may be available if the service was not provided because of a technical failure attributable to the Service, or if paid access was not actually granted. Contact Support within 24 hours after payment, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law provide another period or basis. Include your account, order number and a description of the problem; do not send your password or full card details.

8.1.Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Stories are not published in a shared public library. Authorized members of the Administration may view saved requests and stories for support, investigating errors and violations, maintenance and service-quality checks.

9.1.The Administration may update these Terms. The current dated revision is published on the website, and document links are available within the Service. Continuing to use the Service after an update means acceptance of the new revision to the extent permitted by applicable law.
